abstract submission and event registration

Registration to the event is mandatory for all participants by registration forms on line.

The participation is free of fee and includes welcome reception, welcome buffet and coffee breaks.

Social dinner (20 euro per person) is not included and if you want to participate, you have to register and pay for it in the registration form. This cost cannot be refunded.

Poster session

Abstracts (maximum of 250 words) should briefly state the background to the research, the methods used, the principal findings (no statistics), and the theoretical significance of the work. Please do not cite references in the abstracts. Each author can appear as first author on one poster only.

Submissions for poster presentations due: September 1, 2017.

Only a limited amount of posters from non-CIMeC members (approx. 50) will be accepted. Please submit your abstract ASAP.

In order to present the poster at the workshop, every poster session participant will be provided with a freestanding bulletin board, approximately 125 cm high and 95 cm wide, on which to display the poster. Please make sure that your poster does not exceed these dimensions.
