Registration

How to register
All participants (both students and professors) must be registered. Registrations must be submitted by the partner Universities and are due by 15 January 2009. Please download the registration form from the Resources' box, follow the instructions and return it to the Events and Meetings Office of the University of Trento as PDF file by 15 January 2009.

Alterations to registrations will not be accepted over the telephone. Please contact the Events and Meetings Office of the University of Trento preferably by e-mail convegni@unitn.it immediately.

Registration fees
Registration fee includes: welcome drinks, lunch breaks, dinners, final dinner, Sunday trip, admission to teaching sessions, all meeting materials and administration costs.
Fees are in Euro.

Registration fee for up to 6 participating students (this payment caters for up to 6 students)

Confirmation
Upon receipt of your payment, the University of Trento will confirm your participation in the programme by sending a formal letter of confirmation.

Methods of payment
Upon receipt of your registration form, the University of Trento will contact you supplying bank references for the payment of participations fees. All payments must be made in Euros. Payments must be made in advance by 31 January 2009 via bank transfer.
Admission to the Eurosurvey 2009 is granted only if the University of Trento has received the registration fee.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made in writing (cancellations will be accepted by post, fax or email) to the Events and Meetings Office of the University of Trento.
