Social events

Having checked in to their respective hotels, complementary refreshments will be on offer to students and professors on Thursday, 19th February from 18.00-18.40pm at the Faculty of Economics, following the initial welcome reception at 15.00-17.00pm. For partners arriving late on Thursday evening a 2nd Welcome reception has been scheduled for Friday, 20th at 8.00-9.45am.
On Friday, 20th February the International buffet will be held from 18:45-21:00pm, and it is hoped that professors and students can take a typical food dish from their country and bring it with them for this event. All food dishes will be collected during the welcome reception either on Thursday afternoon or on Friday morning.
On Sunday, 22nd February, there will be a city tour of Trento for all to take part in from 14.30-16.30pm. Then on Monday, 23rd February a games night has been arranged. While, on Tuesday, 24th February, there will be a dinner held exclusively for professors where they will dine together in a restaurant in the city centre at 20.00pm. On Thursday, 26th February a trip to the cinema has been planned, which will take place after dinner at 20.30pm. Finally on Saturday, 28th February, a final dinner will be held for all, followed by an after party at La Cantinota Restaurant from 19.30-24.00am.
