Bando: Civil Justice - 2008
OBIETTIVO: finanziamento di progetti transnazionali finalizzati alla promozione della cooperazione giudiziaria e dello scambio di informazioni in materia di giustizia civile.
PRIORITA':
a) promoting judicial cooperation in civil matters, with the aim of contributing to the creation of a genuine European area of justice in civil matters based on mutual recognition and mutual confidence (studies and research or meetings and seminars);
b) promoting the elimination of obstacles to the smooth operation of cross-border civil proceedings in the Member States (training, studies, exchanges between judicial authorities and work experience placements, meetings and seminars);
c) improving the daily life of individuals and businesses by enabling them to assert their rights throughout the European Union, notably by fostering access to justice (dissemination of information)
d) improving the contacts, exchange of information and networking between legal, judicial and administrative authorities and the legal professions, including by way of support of judicial training, with the aim of better mutual understanding among such authorities and professionals (training, studies and research, meetings and seminars, or dissemination of information)
REQUISITI DI PARTECIPAZIONE: ciascun progetto deve coinvolgere almeno 2 enti di 2 diversi Stati membri UE (o 1 Stato membro UE + 1 Paese candidato) esclusa la Danimarca
FINANZIAMENTO: da 75.000 a 200.000 (co-finanziamento UE fino all’ 80 % dei costi totali; 20 % cash contribution)
DURATA: fino a 24 mesi
MODALITA’ DI PRESENTAZIONE: presentazione dei progetti online o per posta entro il 29 gennaio 2009
