Bando: European Refugee Fund - 2011

OBIETTIVO: co-finanziamento di progetti in materia di asilo politico, gestione/accoglienza/protezione dei rifugiati (per un maggiore approfondimento si rimanda al documento:  Work Programme of the ERF Community Actions for 2011)
PRIORITA' TEMATICHE (i progetti devono riguardare una delle seguenti priorità e uno o più degli obiettivi specifici indicati nel bando):
Priority 1: Improving the quality of asylum decision-making and the continuing development of the capacity of stakeholders, including Member State authorities, UNHCR and non-governmental actors, in the asylum field
Priority 2: Improving the efficiency and the fairness of the Dublin system
Priority 3: Enhancing solidarity mechanisms between the Member States and in particular assist those Member States which are faced with particular pressures on their national asylum systems (i progetti relativi a questa priorità sono soggetti a particolari regole di eleggibilità indicate nel bando)
Priority 4: Promoting common measures to address specific needs of vulnerable groups among asylum seekers and persons benefiting from international protection, in particular of those who are unaccompanied minors, with a view to implement the EU Action Plan on Unaccompanied Minors
Priority 5: Promoting the integration of refugees, taking into account the 60th anniversary of the 1951 Geneva Convention on Refugees
DESTINATARI: autorità nazionali, regionali o locali, organizzazioni non-governatives (NGOs), enti pubblici o privati, università, centri di ricerca e organizzazioni internazionali.
REQUISITI DI PARTECIPAZIONE: almeno 2 soggetti con sede in 2 diversi paesi partecipanti all'ERF (Stati membri eccetto la Danimarca)
FINANZIAMENTO: da 300.000 € a 750.000 €  (co-finanziamento UE fino al 90 % dei costi totali)
DURATA: fino a 18 mesi
MODALITA’ DI PRESENTAZIONE: presentazione dei progetti online (con sistema PRIAMOS) entro il 14 ottobre 2011
