Bando: Fundamental rights and citizenship

OBIETTIVO: finanziamento di progetti transnazionali in materia di diritti umani, cittadinanza europea e trattamento dei dati e privacy (problematiche giuridiche e tecnologiche)
PRIORITA’:
Area FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS:
- Informing on where the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights applies  and where to turn to it fundamental rights  are violated
- Promoting the Rights of the Child
- Combating racism, xenophobia and anti-Semitism
- Fighting Homofobia: enhanced/improved understanding and tolerance
- Training and Networking between legal profesions and legal practitioners 
Area CITIZENSHIP:
- Participation in the democratic life of the Union
- Raise awareness about Union citizenship and the rights attached to it and identify obstacles to their effective exercise
- Raise awareness and improve knowledge about the EU rules on free movement, in particular  Directive 2004/38/EC
- Facilitate sharing of knowledge and exchange of best practices on acquisition and loss of Union citizenship 
- Address the gender imbalance in participation in the European Parliament elections  
 nnssArea DATA PROTECTION and PRIVACY RIGHTS
REQUISITI DI PARTECIPAZIONE: ciascun progetto transnazionale deve coinvolgere almeno 2 enti di 2 diversi Stati membri UE (27).
Si raccomanda di porre particolare attenzione alla composizione dei consorzi (rappresentatività dal punto di vista geografico e della natura degli enti cinvolti)
FINANZIAMENTO: da 75.000 (co-finanziamento UE fino al 80 % dei costi totali)
DURATA: fino a 24 mesi
MODALITA’ DI PRESENTAZIONE: i progetti devono essere inviati online, con il sistema PRIAMOS, entro le ore 12.00 del  13 marzo 2012
