Bando: Intelligent Energy Europe - 2012

OBIETTIVI:
a) incoraggiare l’efficienza energetica e l’uso razionale delle risorse energetiche;
b) promuovere le fonti d’energia nuove e rinnovabili e incoraggiare la diversificazione energetica;
c) promuovere l’efficienza energetica e l’uso di fonti d’energia nuove e rinnovabili nei trasporti.
PROGETTI:
- promotion and dissemination projects (ad es: trasferimento di conoscenze, promozione di "best practices", istruzione e formazione, diffusione di informazioni, preparazione ed elaborazione di nuovi standards e norme)
- market replication projects
NOTA: non si prevede il co-finanziamento di attività di pura ricerca tecnologica
SETTORI:
a) SAVE - efficienza energetica:
KEY ACTIONS:
- Industrial excellence in energy: for actions to increase the competitiveness of European small and medium size enterprises (SME's) by empowering them to save energy.
- Consumer behaviour: for actions to help transform the market towards more energy-efficient products and systems, and change the behaviour of consumers.
- Energy Services: for actions to increase market transparency and confidence for all market actors, to develop the energy services market for small consumers and to empower households to ensure the effectiveness of smart meters. 
b) ALTENER - fonti d’energia nuove e rinnovabili:
KEY ACTIONS:
- Electricity from renewable energy sources (RES-e): for actions to increase the share of renewable electricity in Europe’s final energy consumption.
- Bioenergy: for actions promoting increased production and use of biomass, bio-liquids and biogas in energy markets.c) STEER - Energia e trasporti:
KEY ACTIONS:
- Energy-efficient transport: for actions to reduce the demand for travel by car and transport by road freight, and to shift travel and transport to more efficient transport modes.- Clean and energy-efficient vehicles.
- Clean and energy-efficient vehicles: for actions to help transform the market towards more energy-efficient vehicles, supporting and complementing the recent legislation in this area.

Per la descrizione completa delle priorità e delle azioni integrate individuate all’interno di ciascuna "key action" si rimanda al bando e al Work Programme.
REQUISITI MINIMI DI PARTECIPAZIONE: 3 enti legali indipendenti, pubblici o privati, provenienti da 3 paesi diversi (Stati membri UE, Norvegia, Islanda, Liechtenstein, Croazia, ex repubblica yugoslava di Macedonia).
FINANZIAMENTO: fino al 75% dei costi eleggibili per una durata massima di 36 mesi.
MODALITA’ DI PRESENTAZIONE: le proposte devono essere inviate online entro l'8 maggio 2012, ore 17.00.
