Bando: Prevention of and fight against crime - 2012 - Targeted calls (THB)

OBIETTIVO: co-finanziamento di progetti in materia di prevenzione e lotta al terrorismo
TARGETED CALLS:   
1.Trafficking in Human Beings - THB con le seguenti Priorità:
1. Establishment of partnerships amongst a broad range of actors, including private and public entities, and in particular collaboration with non governmental actors, such as human rights organisations and victim service providers that is based on human rights and takes a victim centred and gender sensitive approach.
2. Reduction of demand and supply for products and services provided by victims of trafficking, including measures aimed at reducing demand for trafficking for sexual exploitation, corporate responsibility, and awareness raising amongst employers, in particular in high risk sectors such as agriculture, construction, travel and tourism, domestic work, textile, health care and fishing industry.
3. Protection of, support and assistance to victims of human trafficking, including by civil society (service providers and grassroots organisations) and in particular measures to protect child victims.
4. Prosecution and investigation of offenders including increased operational cooperation between law enforcement agencies, including on financial investigation and recruitment and advertisement of services of victims of trafficking via the internet.
5. Research into new forms of trafficking, including for exploitation for the purposes of forced begging, criminal activities, forced marriages, removal of organs etc. Development of tools to prevent and address these phenomena, including more knowledge on the use of internet and social networks in relation to human trafficking.
6. Training of actors working in the field of trafficking in human beings to improve the identification of human trafficking and raise the awareness of trafficking in human beings.

REQUISITI DI PARTECIPAZIONE:
1) progetti transnazionali: almeno 2 enti di 2 diversi Stati membri UE
2) in casi particolari (come indicato neI testo dei bandi) saranno finanziati anche progetti "nazionali"
FINANZIAMENTO: a partire da 100.000 € (co-finanziamento UE fino al 90 % dei costi totali; 10 % cash contribution)
DURATA: fino a 2 anni
MODALITA’ DI PRESENTAZIONE: presentazione dei progetti online (con sistema PRIAMOS) entro le ore 14.00 del 28 agosto 2012
