The Centre for Interdisciplinary Gender Studies adopts gender differences as means of interpretation, research instrument and interdisciplinary practices, involving different fields such as economic, judicial, political, scientific, social and humanistic.

Our main aim is to spread gender culture through many different initiatives: cultural exchanges, scientific debates, and national and international collaborations. The Centre also makes its competences available to different institutional and individual subjects.

The Centre is involved in other activities for encouraging interdisciplinary gender studies, such as post-graduate lifelong learning training, seminars, conferences, and research and experimental projects.
