Censis survey- La Repubblica (Guide to university)

The University of Trento ranks 2^nd among the Italian middle-sized universities.

In the “Grande Guida 2012-2013” drafted by "La Repubblica”, in cooperation with Censis Servizi, the University of Trento (101.3) ranks 2^nd among the Italian universities, following Siena and ahead of Trieste and Sassari.

The various faculties obtain good results; three of them achieved the first position!  First place for the Faculty of Mathematical, Physical and Natural Sciences (scoring 105.3 it is the Lead faculty of the Group “Sciences 2"), the Faculty of Sociology (106.5) and Law (96.8, same as Siena). The 2^nd place was achieved by the Faculty of Economics (98.5) and Cognitive Sciences (95.5), while the Faculty of Engineering (97.0) ranks 4^th and Humanities and Philosophy rank 13^th.
