Enrolment and extension

ENROLMENT IN THE 1ST YEAR
Successful applicants have to forward the following documents to the Central Office of Doctoral Studies within the deadlines written in the announcement for selection:

• enrolment application form filled in;
• 1 revenue stamp  ("marca da bollo") of 14.62 euros;
• copy of the bank transfer or pos/credit card receipt for the "Student fee" payment (130,00 euros for academic year 2011/12);

Successful applicants awarded a scholarship also have to bring (upon their arrival in Trento):

• Form A (see box Download)
• copy of their registration in "Gestione Separata Inps" (social security) or a substitute statement for the attested affidavit. See Box More and Download.

ENROLMENT IN THE 2ND OR 3RD YEAR
After the decision of the Doctoral School Committee concerning the admission to the 2nd or 3rd academic year the doctoral students are required to send or bring to the Central Office of Doctoral Studies:

• the enrolment form duly filled in;
• 1 revenue stamp (“marca da bollo”) of 14,62 Euro;
• copy of the payment of the TDS (130,00 Euro for the academic year 2011/12);

REQUEST FOR ONE YEAR EXTENSION
Within  the 16th of September 2011, Doctoral students, who during academic year 2010/11 are enrolled in the last year of the Doctoral course and who are not going to take the final examination at the end of the year, have to submit the following documents to the Central Office of Doctoral Studies:

• application form for a one-year extension (use the form "Request for admission / one year extension – final exam for achieving the title of Doctor" choosing the option Request for one year extension)
• 1 revenue stamp ("marca da bollo") of 14,62 euros.
