Role and competences of the Advisory Board of Directors – art. 13

The Advisory Board of Directors is the board which connects the various academic units and the Academic Senate.

The members are the Directors of Departments and Centres. The Rector or his proxy is the President of the Advisory Board.

The Advisory Board:
a) expresses opinions and drafts proposals to be submitted to the Academic Senate;
b) it proposes the amendments to the Statute, which is modified according to the decision of two thirds of its members;
c) it may submit a motion of no confidence to the voters, according to the decision of two thirds of its members;
d) it carries out all tasks as foreseen by the General Regulation of the University and further Regulations.
