Exempted doctoral students:
 - foreign students receiving a scholarship assigned by the Italian Government (ig. MUR, MAE, etc.)
 - disabled students with a recognized disability percentage of minimum 66%
 - doctoral students who are not awarded a doctoral scholarship and who are awarded a grant of Opera Universitaria
 - successful applicants for grants of Opera Universitaria who cannot be beneficiaries because of lack of resource.
