HOW TO MALE THE PAYMENT: ENROLMENT TO THE 1st YEAR
Important: payment by  bank transfer is accepted only from doctoral students enrolling to the 1st  year.

HOW TO MALE THE PAYMENT: ENROLMENT TO 2nd  and 3rd  years
Fee must be paid by:
A. “MAV” (Mediante AVvviso) bank transfer
or
B. credit card payment 

You can make the payment by logging-in into Esse3 system with your username and password.
In the section “Elenco tasse” please choose the line related to the payment (“TDS”) and click on the number “Fattura”. In the section “Dettaglio fattura” click on “Pagamento con carta di credito/credit card” or on “Pagamento con MAV”.


A. Credit card payment – follow the instructions on the website.
If the payment has been correctly transferred, it will be automatically displayed in the section “Elenco tasse”.

B. MAV payment – download the payment slip following the related  instructions. Once you have downloaded the MAV, you can choose one of the following payment options:
- you can hand in the MAV to any bank in Italy;
- you can pay at any UNICREDIT1 cashpoint with any cash card (no credit cards);
- you can use  Home banking, use the service to pay MAV slips. (The IBAN code is not necessary, only the identification code is);
- UniCredit clients who join the service, can use the "Telephone banking service" (from home phone dial 800 57 57 57, from abroad or from a cell phone, dial +39 02 33408973).

1 Payments at UniCredit cash points: MENU > OTHER FUNCTIONS > enter PIN - > PAYMENTS > MAV-MEDIANTE AVVISO > enter MAV IDENTIFICATION CODE > click on "confirm" > enter AMOUNT > click on "confirm” > verification of data follows > click on “confirm” to end payment. Proof of payment is the cash point receipt or any equivalent evidence (e.g. bank statement).


 

DOCTORAL STUDENTS EXEMPTED FROM TDS PAYMENT:

  • foreign students receiving a scholarship assigned by the Italian Government (e.g. MIUR, MAE, etc.). IMPORTANT: UNITN  scholarship IS NOT assigned by the Italian Government.
  • disabled students with a recognized disability percentage of minimum 66%
  • doctoral students who have not been  awarded a doctoral scholarship and who are awarded a grant from Opera Universitaria
  • successful applicants for grants of Opera Universitaria who cannot be beneficiaries because of lack of resources.

 

ATTENTION: the Education tax paid for the enrollment to the Doctoral school will not be refunded in any case (unless for wrong/not required payments).
