Final examination enrolment or deadline extension

All Doctoral students who, in year 2011/2012, were enrolled in their last year (and those who applied for a one year extension during the past year), must apply for admittance to the final examination or for a one year extension, within the 14^th of September 2012.

How to apply:

• fill in the form, available in box "download", and add a € 14,62 duty stamp to it ("marca da bollo");
• if applying for the final examination, add another € 14,62 duty stamp to the form (if applying for one year extension, the second duty stamp is not required);
• send application form to the to the relevant Doctorate Office (see contact below).

Doctoral students applying for final exam can contact the Secretary of their Doctoral School to have information about the delivery of their thesis to the Doctoral School Commettee/supervisors, in order to get the admission to the exam.

Deadline: 14^th of September 2012.
 

Students admitted to the final examination are required to:

• send each member of the Examination Committee a copy of the thesis, along with the supervisor’s report and the opinion of the Doctoral School Committee about the work carried out (the relevant Doctorate Office will communicate the names of the members 30 days before the final examination);
• self-archiving the final version of their thesis in electronic format (.pdf), within 15 days from the thesis defence, at the following link:
  http://eprints-phd.biblio.unitn.it/ and send copy of the disclaimer to the relevant Doctorate Office.

The issue of the Diploma of "Dottore di Ricerca" for the academic year 2010/2011:
The doctoral students who have taken the final exam between the 1st of November 2011 and the 31th of May 2012 can collect the Diploma of "Dottore di Ricerca" to the Humanities Area Doctoral Office (Trento).
The Diploma will be issued against presentation of the suitable form availabale in the Box download.
