The Help Desk offers users specific, personalized and technical support for the management of the Online Didactic services.

The Lecturer Help Desk is both a telematic and telephone service. Its aim is to give adequate assistance in two working days at the most.

The service is also equipped with  a hand book that can be downloaded from the box on the right. It is also equipped with a F.A.Q. (Frequently Asked Questions) service.
