Psychological counselling

What is the Psychological Counselling Service?
It is a service which allows students to receive the necessary support in order to prevent or manage any type of psychological difficulty you may meet during your University years.
Students may suggest ideas to plan activities related to issues of interest for young people, such as human relations and University life (seminars and work groups). This project is addressed to students and it is the result of the collaboration between the University of Trento and the Opera Universitaria.

Students of the University of Trento can turn to this service.

What services does it provide?

At the Psychological Counselling Service students will find:

• private moments with psychologists to talk about difficulties they might have to face during University years
• meetings about these difficulties and the reasons that cause discomfort in studying and living University life (anxiety for exams, interpersonal communication, problems related to living with new people)
• seminars about issues of psychological interest.

How can I contact the service?
In order to receive further information or get an appointment you can:

• ring 0464 808116 every day from 9.30 til 10.30 (an operator will answer)
• leave a message on the answering machine (but not between 9.30 and 10.30)
• leave a message in the boxes for the Psychological Consultancy Service that are at Opera Universitaria, in via Zanella 1/A Trento
