Accommodation

The Opera Universitaria offers more or less 1500 University accommodations to students who are not from Trento. The main prerequisites to live in University accommodation are written in the announcement and regard:

• income bracket assignment
• family unit composition
• merit requirements (from the second year)
• students who meet the economic requirement described in the announcement, pay a monthly rent of 200,00 euro for the single room and 160,00 euro for the double room

For years following the first one, the university accommodation will be assigned to the students who have obtained the scholarship also the year before. The other students (not qualified in the announcement) have to pay 250,00 euro per month for the single room and 210,00 euro per month for the double room. Professors, scholarship holders and doctoral students of the University of Trento pay 305,00 euro per month for the single room and 265,00 per month for the double room.

Those who want to live in a university accommodation must put down a deposit of 250,00 euro that will be given back when they leave accommodation. Students who live in Trento only for short periods because of study and research reasons, will have the chance to be assigned an accommodation in a single or double room, if available.

Students will pay 14,00 euro per day in a single room or 11,00 eurosper day in a double one. Professors, scholarship holders, or Doctoral students of the University of Trento pay 20,00 euro per day in a single room or 17,00 euro per day in double one.
