Goals:
The Doctoral School in Linguistics, Philology and Literary Studies aims at training scholars able to analyze literary texts and cultural phenomena, but also to understand them in the framework of the historical context of their composition and reception. Such scholars will thus acquire a knowledge and an expertise which will make it possible for them to occupy positions of great responsibility in several institutions and companies, such as cultural magazines, publishing houses, and research institutions. Moreover, they will acquire the skills needed to carry out their research activity inside the academic world, and to take up teaching at an academic level.
