Goals:
The main aims of the course include:

  • understanding the theoretical approaches that international studies are based on (economic, juridical and political sciences);
  • the ability in using analytical and research tools of the disciplines that are the foundation of international studies;
  • knowing the instrumentation needed to submit research projects to scientific commissions, to present researches to the public, to send articles and reviews to national and international scientific magazines.

The course offers an interdisciplinary education and it integrates theoretical and practical studies, encouraging students to develop abilities for a critical consideration of the changes in the international system, also through an empirical examination of  theoretical aspects. The program includes a taught component in the first year, with both written and oral examinations.

International Political Economy, European Political, Economic and Monetary Integration, International Law, International and EU Labour Law, International Trade and Economic Development, European Union Law, Comparative Legal Studies, International Criminal Justice, Transnational Crime, EU Public Policy,  Comparative Public Policy, Multi-level Governance, Peace-building and Conflict Resolution.
