Rent a bike

There are 250 bikes of the Opera Universitaria available for students. Bicycles are functional and ecologic and easy to get around in the city and its surroundings.

Bicycles will be given for three months (although rent can be renewed) to  students who are eligible for scholarship and/or accommodation; the remaining bikes be given to the other students, to the doctoral students and also to the professors of the University.

The university students who are eligible for the accommodation and for the scholarship benefits, as well as  disabled students and their carers,  have to pay € 2,5/month to rent a bike. All other students, doctoral students, researchers and professors of the University of Trento and all the other users authorized by the Opera Universitaria have to pay € 5/month for the bike. Everyone has to givepay a € 60 deposit. Students will also perform a monthly routine maintenance.

Since March 2011, the Prestabici (rent-a-bike) service is reserved to students with an accommodation assigned by the Opera Universitaria.
