The Supervisory Committee for the promotion of equal opportunities and of the wellbeing at work and against discriminations within the University of Trento was created abiding by article no. 21, par. 1, letter c), of the Italian Law no. 183/2010 and by article no. 36 of the University Regulations. It aims at promoting and protecting equal opportunities and well-being and quality of the working time and of the organization for all the staff of the University of Trento, including non-permanent staff, in line with the activities already implemented by the joint committees on mobbing and the Committee for equal opportunities.
Usually the Guarantee Committee for Equal Opportunities meets on a monthly basis.

The Supervisory Committee is made of:

  • Professor Barbara Poggio, Rector’s delegate - President
  • Mrs Helga Franzoi, Director’s General delegate
  • Professor Franco Fraccaroli, member appointed by the Rector 
  • Professor Mariangela Franch, member appointed by the Trade Unions that are most influential within the administration of the University
  • Mr. Francesco Ghia, member appointed by the Rector
  • Mr. Stefano Mattei, member appointed by the Trade Unions that are most influential within the administration of the University
  • Mrs. Albertina Pretto,member appointed by the Trade Unions that are most influential within the administration of the University
  • Mrs. Francesca Salvetti, member appointed by the Rector
  • Mr. Alberto Sanna, member appointed by the Trade Unions that are most influential within the administration of the University
  • Mrs. Patrizia Tomio, member appointed by the Rector.
