2014 Ranking: UniTrento ranks 2nd

The University of Trento reaffirms its competiveness in Italy, as highlighted in the rankings of the Grande Guida Univesità Censis-La Repubblica. UniTrento ranks 2nd among medium-sized universities (with a score of 97.8.
This score reflects the mean evaluation value of services, structures, web, internationalization and costs for grants, scholarships and other financial support measures.
UniTrento obtained excellent scores regarding the evaluation of teaching and research activities, in the individual scientific areas.

In the category of middle-sized universities (i.e. with 10 to 20 thousands enrolled students), Trento gained the fourth position, after Siena, Trieste and Sassari. Trento obtained the best score in its category for internationalization (109 out of 110).

The University of Trento is in a good position also in the absolute ranking of the public universities in Italy. Trento shares the second position with the University of Bologna, both having a score of 97.8. The score is the result of the excellent performance of the “internationalization”, where Trento obtained the best absolute result among the medium universities and the second in the overall public university rankings.
