The Library offers the following services: access and borrowing, interlibrary loan and ILL/DD, reference, internet access and photocopy service.

27.081 books and 977 journals (211 current subscriptions).
Special collections
The Omerti collection: the personal library of a late Science researcher. It consists of scientific books, but also general essays and literature, including novels.
The IRST-FBK Collection: 8000 works from the former IRST-FBK library (closed in September 2010).

Spaces

Ground floor
Circulation desk: borrowing and information, 2 computers to access the online catalogue and 2 to access the online databases and Internet.
Reference/Information: expert assistance in locating and using library resources.
Journals: current year printed journals. They are divided into two groups; journals of mathematics and physics/chemistry are open-shelf.
Reserve collection: books for exams.
Reading room “Omerti”: the most popular scientific journals, the Omerti collection. On request, the area is available as a screening room.
Books on mathematics and information technology.
Photocopy service, cafeteria, newspapers, lockers.
First floor
Reading room with seats with laptop power ports; there are 300 seats in total. Books of physics, chemistry, biology, engineering.
Basement
Storage room for journals.
