Quality - ISO 9000

The University Library System has chosen to develop and maintain in conformity a Quality Management System according to standard ISO 9001:2000.
Management  and organization of the whole structure has been revised critically: every process is constantly analysed and checked with the objective of improving performance and increasing user satisfaction.

In March 2005  the University Library System was accredited.
