U-GOV Catalogue is a database which contains professors’ , researchers’ and PhD students’ scientific and academic publications. The Catalogue is a branch of the U-GOV Research System, aimed to manage and monitor every kind of activity concerning the academic research. 

• present Unitn academic scientific production and make it researchable;
• monitor the productivity of the academic departments and doctoral schools;
• provide bibliographic data (e.g. sorting or selecting specific/departmental bibliographies)
• feed the Ministerial database simultaneously, in order to speed up its own evaluation processes.

Bibliographic data can only be entered and uploaded in the Catalogue by University professors, researchers and PhD students.
However, everyone is allowed to browse the Catalogue in order to search it by author, title and department, using the Catalogue Public Interface.
