Useful links
Marco Baroni is a tenured researcher in the CLIC group of CIMeC and a member of the DISCoF Department.
His interests lie in how we can use "naturally occurring" and unstructured information data, such as large amounts of text or web data, to make computer models acquire various forms of conceptual and linguistic knowledge. He is also interested in the creation of the large-scale resources that make this sort of research possible, and in what it can tell us about how we humans are able to accomplish the same knowledge extraction feat.
