Application Summary
The application is made up of:
- Application - personal info, selection of research area and topic amongst the ones listed or 'other' within the scientific macro-area, upload of signed application document (available in the online application).

Attachments including, but not limited to:
- CV
- Degree and transcripts (Annex A if EU citizen)
- English language certificate
- Research Statement (which includes the Motivation Letter, Statement of Research Interest, and Proposed Research Project)
- Two reference letters (sent directly by experts)
- Off-site oral exam form (obligatory only for candidates living abroad) to be filled out by candidate only if shortlisted.
Application Procedure
Applicants must download the application from the call once available. It should be completed in English (preferred) and submitted together with supporting documents online.
Presentation letters should be sent directly to ateneo@unitn.it by the experts. Experts will receive an email from UNITN as soon as applicant fills out this section in the online application form.
Important: applications, including all supporting documents, must arrive by the deadline indicated in the call for applications, in order to be considered for the selection.
Admissions Procedure
Applications are reviewed by the admissions committee within 20-30 days of call deadline. This review is the actual title evaluation of documents provided in your application and therefore the candidate's presence is not required. Within 24-48 hours of the review the ranking of those candidates admitted to the oral exam is posted online at the link mentioned in the call. Oral exams take place within 2-4 weeks after the titles evaluation.
