There are mainly two types of seminars held at the CIMeC: Colloquia and Research Seminars.
An important element that brings together researchers from various backgrounds is the series of Colloquia seminars offered over the course of each year. Now in its 6th year, the CIMeC Colloquia Seminar hosts mainly international speakers from all backgrounds in the cognitive and brain sciences.
The Research Seminars allow mainly for cross-vertical collaboration (Faculty/Post-docs/PhD Students) since they are topic specific. These seminars go beyond the traditional lab meetings to include students and researchers from various groups who share an interest in a particular topic and/or experimental technique. These meetings are posted on the CIMeC Calendar as well as described here in detail.
