The School offers two main programmes (specialisations):

1. Environmental Engineering:
  a. Environmental Fluid Mechanics and Hydrology;
  b. Environmental Resources Management, Energy and Sanitary Engineering;
  c. Computational Models.
2. Environmental Planning, Landscape Architecture and Sustainable Building:
  a. Sustainable Building;
  b. Architecture for City and Landscape;
  c. Planning and Design for Sustainable Development.

Doctoral students must successfully complete a series of courses, pass the end of year examination, write a research thesis and take an oral examination in defence of the thesis. The course programme and research topic are decided by the student and the supervisor(s) with the approval of the School Committee.
Students are expected to spend at least 3 months abroad at important research institutions.

Environmental Planning, Landscape Architecture and Sustainable Building (November 2008 - )
Urban and Territorial Engineering and Architecture (November 2006 - October 2008)
Building Engineering-Architecture and Sustainable Development Planning (October 2004 - October 2006)
