Accommodation

Upon arrival or even earlier all international students will need to look for an accommodation.

Trento and Rovereto are small and lively university towns where you can find different types of accommodation.

The University Guild is a provincial institution dealing with the management and organization of student accommodation facilities and responsible for the organization of non-resident students in different categories for accommodation purposes.

Non-resident students are recommended to check the "Accommodation at Opera Universitaria" section, to find out if they are eligible to apply for a flat of the University Guild. In this case an on-line booking is compulsory and a 30 days' notice is required.

Ineligible students or students planning to travel with their families need to search for an accommodation autonomously.

In order to find a private accommodation they may refer to estate agencies, browse internet and read local newspapers for advertisements.

Finally, the boards of the various hall-cafeterias of the University are usually full of advertisement posted by students and owners.
In this case the section "Temporary Accommodation" could be useful to find an accommodation for the first days of your stay.

The Welcome Office shall not provide any assistance in finding private accommodation.
