Accommodation
As an incoming international student, one of your main concerns will be to look for an accommodation.
Trento and Rovereto are small and lively university towns where you can find several kinds of solutions.
The major reference for the allocation to various categories of non-resident students is Opera Universitaria, a provincial Institution that deals with the management and organization of students' services.
So the first step for you is to check, in the "Accommodation at Opera Universitaria" section, if you're eligible for one of the Opera's lodgings.
If you do not belong to one of these categories or if you are planning to come with your family, you have to turn your attention to the private market.
In order to find a private accommodation they may refer to estate agencies, browse internet and read local newspapers for advertisements.
Please find below some suggestion:
Web sites:
- studenti.it
- affitti studenti
- mio affitto
- trento bakeca
- phosphoro (The Phosphoro Office in Trento is in Via Manzoni, 16)
- bazar (available also as a newspaper called Bazar Immobiliare)
Finally, the boards of the various hall-cafeterias of the university are usually full of advertisement posted by students and owners.
In this case the section "Temporary Accommodation" could be useful to find an accommodation for the first days of your stay.
The Welcome Office cannot provide any assistance in finding a private accommodation.
