Accommodation Renewal

Opera Universitaria's housing contracts have one year maximum validity.

Students who are eligible for Opera Universitaria's housing and are willing/allowed to extend their housing for study reasons must proceed as follows, according to their profile: 

• students participating in a bilateral agreement or an international mobility programme, LLP-Erasmus, "study-researchers", one-year professional master's students: the request for contract extension related to the current academic year should be presented to Accommodation Office of Opera Universitaria at least 30 days before the contract expiration. 
• International students going to enroll in an undergraduate or in a two-year Master’s course: for annual accommodation contract renewal must confirm their application within the terms and conditions of the Notice of Competition for the allocation of accommodations (Bando per il conferimento del posto alloggio). Deadlines will be published by the end of May of each year.

The requests for contract extensions will be assessed based on availability by Opera Universitaria Accommodation Office.

The renewal of the accommodation contract is subject to the regularization of any eventual debts with Opera Universitaria.
