Climate

Because of its morphological aspect, the climate in the Region Trentino (whose city capital Trento is) presents considerable variations in relations to height and presence of lakes. In the lowland it is temperate and it is characterized by moderate rainfalls. The climate is particularly mild in Valsugana in the proximity of Caldonazzo and Levico Lakes. It is definitely Mediterranean on Lake Garda where olive and lemon trees grow.
