Lifelong Learning Programme (LLP) - Erasmus

LLP Erasmus Programme allows international students enrolled at a university in one of the 27 participating EU countries, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey and Croatia to obtain financial support to spend a study period for courses, examinations and thesis preparation at the University of Trento.

As well as the ‘standard’ mobility the Erasmus Programme also provides the possibility to study abroad in intensive programmes (IP).  An IP entails a short study period of about ten days and brings together students and teaching staff from higher education institutions of at least three different participating countries with the aim to encourage teaching of specialist subjects and allow those attending to benefit from enhanced learning and teaching environments supported by EU funding.

The home institution guarantees full academic recognition of the studies undertaken abroad in the form of ECTS credits or activity recorded in the Diploma Supplement as part of the student curricula.

Incoming student mobility for studies

This is aimed at students who wish to study full time in undergraduate  Bachelor courses; graduate courses in Specialist/Master degree programmes, one-year Master courses,  1st level Specialist/Master degree courses; or doctoral programmes comprising research, 2nd level Specialist/Master degree courses and preparation of a thesis.
