About the Faculty

The Faculty of Arts and Humanities has extended the number of its courses, offering innovative educational opportunities  in a frame of complementarity between undergraduate and master degree courses.

As regards the undergraduate degrees, the Faculty offers courses in:

• Lingue moderne
• Studi storici e filologico-letterari

The master degrees offered by the Faculty are in:

• Conservazione e gestione dei Beni Culturali
• Filologia e critica letteraria
• Filosofia e linguaggi della modernità
• Letterature euroamericane, traduzione e critica letteraria
• Mediazione linguistica, turismo e culture
• Scienze storiche e forme della memoria

A fundamental part of all courses are two foreign languages, IT for humanities and courses on written Italian.

Students can also take part in internships abroad, spend time studying in many European universities, take part in the double degree with the University of Dresda.

The Doctoral schools in in Studi Letterari, Linguistici e Filologici and in Studi Umanistici, Discipline Filosofiche, Storiche e dei Beni culturali complete students’ education.

The Faculty guarantees some high quality services: the library, which is open until 23.30, the multimedia room with modern IT technologies.
