The University of Trento is the owner of the personal data collected by the University itself.

Within the framework of its institutional goals (didactics, research and administration), personal data are collected and treated abiding by the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Code of personal data protection) and subsequent amendments and integrations.

The people in charge of the personal data treatment are appointed within the organizational structure of the University:

for the administrative and service offies, the General Director and the Directors for the data treated by the relevant Management units;
for the didactics and research units, the Coordinators of the units;
for the research projects, the Coordinator of the project.

The information regarding the personal data treatment, for the purpose of the current legal norms, is available in the section Privacy of the UNITN website. Specific documents are prepared for specific services, projects and initiatives.
