Paolo Barbieri is professor in Economic Sociology at the University of Trento. His main research interests are concerned with welfare and labour market in a comparative perspective.
Giorgio Cutuli, PhD, is involved in the FamIne project (7th FP, ERC-StG 2010, www.unitn.it/famine) at the Department of Sociology and Social Research of Trento University. His main research interests include social stratification, labour markets, income and inequality dynamics.
