Demographic shifts in the workforce and the changing nature of work are likely to heighten the salience of age differences in the workplace. Given these changes, it is important to obtain a greater understanding, both theoretically and practically, of the role of age in the workplace and the research that is taking place around the world. Thus, one of the major goals of this meeting is to understand the research programs taking place in various countries, and from this to develop a broader research agenda.

The Age in the Workplace meeting will take place 21-23 November 2013 in Rovereto (Trento), Italy at the Department of Psychology and Cognitive Science (Palazzo Fedrigotti), Corso Bettini 31, Rovereto.

The participation to the meeting is by invitation only.
