Aims and topics

As in every summer, the Economic Department of the University at Trento and other partners organize a summer school on Ethics, Law & Economics, with focus on the economic theory of social norms, ethics and institutions.

This year, special attention will be given to recent developments and perspectives in behavioral Law & Economics, as well as to the impact of behavioral economics insights on our understanding of economic organizations, contracts and incentives - including the legal regulation of these matters through corporate law, employment contracts, managerial incentives , corporate governance and ownership, control structures of firms.
