Congress ObjectivesAdvanced ceramics are continuously delivering significant contributions to technical and economic progress in nearly all industry sectors. The Congress aims at gathering together international experts in the field of ceramic science and material modelling with representatives from research institutes and industry in order to enhance the communication between experimental materials research and computational work, to improve efficiency in several steps of the processing procedures and to predict the potential of new advanced materials under specific application conditions and for specific functionalities. |
Important datesNov 1, 2012 March 15, 2013 Mar 30, 2013 Apr 1 - Apr 30, 2013 May 1 - Jul 12, 2013 Jul 10 - 12, 2013 |
Key points will be: constitutive modelling, computer simulation and design, experimental calibration and validation of the ceramic forming process and of innovative ceramic products.
A special issue of Journal of European Ceramic Society is planned as the outcome of the CERMODEL2013 congress.
