Registration to CogEvo 2014 Workshop is mandatory for all participants.
Fees
€ 130 for faculty members and non academic participants
€ 90 for post docs
€ 40 euros for students (undergraduate, master and PhD students)
The fee includes welcome reception, welcome buffet and coffee breaks. The fee can not be refunded.
The social Dinner and a Lake Garda Excursion (35 euros per person, on the evening of the 8th) is not included in the registration. Spaces for these social activities are limited so please, if you would like to attend, reserve your spot adding the social dinner option during registration procedure.
Poster session
Abstracts (maximum 250 words) should briefly describe the scientific background, methods used, principal findings (no statistics), and theoretical significance of the work. Please do not cite references in the abstracts. Each author can appear as first author on one poster only.
The deadline for submitting abstracts is now June 6, 2014.
The organizing committee will contact the authors by email with decisions.
Abstracts will be published on the website of the workshop when the conference begins, unless requested otherwise.
Every poster session participant will be provided with a freestanding bulletin board, approximately 125 cm high and 95 cm wide. Please make sure that your poster does not exceed these dimensions.
Poster awards
Five 200 euro poster awards will be assigned on a competitive basis at the workshop. Only non-faculty first authored posters are eligible for the awards (please indicate in the proper field whether or not the
first author is a faculty member). The organizing committee will jointly decide the winning posters and contact the winners by email.
