Abstract submission

EASST010 – GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Please, have a look at the list of thematic tracks, choose the track you would like to join and read its call for abstracts. Click "Submit your abstract" at the bottom of this page and then fill the abstract form, choosing from the dropdown menu the track you want to contribute.
Then upload your abstract in .rtf or .doc format and click "Submit Abstract" for submission. Once submitted, you will receive a mail of confirmation.

You can also choose to submit your abstract as an ‘open abstract’, choosing 'Open Track' from the dropdown menu. In this case, it will be taken into consideration for an Open Track which will be organized a posteriori and which will include a maximum of 30 abstracts. As an alternative, the Committee may also redirect abstracts submitted to the Open Track to one of the thematic tracks.

It is only possible to submit one abstract, as main author. You can, however, be co-author in other submissions.

Abstracts should not exceed 500 words and they should be submitted as a .rtf or .doc file. For technical reasons, please do NOT upload .txt or .docx files!

Abstracts should focus on the main ideas of the paper, explaining the purpose of the paper, theoretical background, the research gap that is addressed, the approach taken, the methods of analysis (in empirical papers) and main findings.

Creativity, innovativeness and critical thinking are typical characteristics of EASST contributions.
