Program Details

Program of the Summer School:

The School lectures will be divided into two main parts. In the first part, the Summer School will focus on business networks, seen as a government models of cooperation between economic actors, focusing on understanding of phenomena and current issues, including: organizational choices related to innovation and internationalization strategies, the role of contracts and intellectual property as a means for fostering investment and collaboration among companies, government chain of innovation in the global marketplace.

In the second part, the field of intellectual property in the context of networks will be further studied in-depth: after an initial review of the specific tools of innovative knowledge management and the proprietary rights involved, the patent regulatory role, but also copyrights and trademarks will be considered in the specific context of digital technologies, biotechnology and agri-food sector.
