6th Optoelectronics and Photonics Winter School - Physics and applications of T-Rays

The organizing committee wishes to thank all the participants, speakers and students, who contributed making this school a successful event!

 

Photonics limits are expanding: beyond visible, beyond infrared, the Terahertz region of the electromagnetic spectrum (0.3THz-30THz) is an exciting and fertile substrate for the creation of novel devices and systems, opening new horizons for applications in science, health, production, safety, security, and more. 

Poster session

During the school, a poster session for the purpose of stimulating discussion and networking will be held. Description of current activity is encouraged. While it is mandatory to submit an abstract at the registration time, the abstract will not undergo any review process and will be accepted as is.

Program

The advance program including list of speakers, talk outlines and timetable is available, and can be downloaded from the box on the right.
The registration desk opens on Sunday 20th at 15:00. The School lectures start on Sunday 20th at 5:00pm, and the last lecture ends on Saturday 26th at 12:30am. The School closes with lunch and conclusions at 2:00pm.
