Useful information for authors

The congress provides a rich and comprehensive means of accessing the leading edge of knowledge in the management of wastewater in the winery world as well as sustainable viticulture and oenology.
The programme includes oral and poster presentations.
Selected articles (full paper and poster) will be published in the Conference Proceedings.

Instructions for speakers
Speakers should contact the chairman fifteen minutes prior to start of Session in which their paper is to be presented.
The time available for each communication is 20 minutes.
For the presentation of the work, in each conference room will be available a computer connected to a video projector.
The operating system is “Microsoft Windows XP” and the standard format accepted for the presentations are “PDF” and “Microsoft Office 2003” (typically PowerPoint and Word).
Slides required for projection during presentations should be saved on the computer in the Speaker’s room at the latest during the session prior to that in which the presentation is included.
Overhead projector will not be provided. If Authors need an overhead projector, please inform the Organising Committee as soon as possible.
 
Instructions for poster authors
The poster session will be held in the Sala 3. Authors of posters should place the posters on the panels installed in Sala 3 as soon as possible, according to the number indicated on the panels, which will be communicated to each Author the week before the conference by email.
For any problem contact the Staff Members at the Reception desk in the hall of the Cuminetti Theater.
 
Instructions for chairmen
On their arrival at the Conference Chairmen of oral sessions are kindly requested to contact the Staff Members at the Reception desk in the hall of the Cuminetti Theater, who will inform about Speakers and last-minute changes in the programme of the session to be chaired.
Fifteen minutes prior to commencement of the sessions, Chairmen should go to the Cuminetti Theater or to Sala 3, where the session will take place, to meet Speakers.
