Registration and fee payment

The registration to the Conference requires filling a online form; once the deadline has passed, the form will be automatically disabled.

The late registration deadline has been postponed to Thursday, 25 June 2015, 17.00 pm (previous deadline: 18 June 2015, 12.00 am).

The recent Italian Legge di stabilità 2015 (L. 190/2014) introduced important changes about invoicing and payment procedure; for this reason, the fee payment will be made only by bank transfer and follow the registration process.

All the payment instructions will be sent by e-mail afterwards; it is very important to follow the instructions: note that incorrect payments will not be refunded.

Please complete carefully all the sections of the online form (filling them out in order) and then submitt the application.

 

Fees amounts and deadlines

Participants have to pay a fee; the registration fee includes:

  • the participation in working sessions
  • the participant kit delivered during the welcome registration
  • the lunch and the coffee breaks organized during the working sessions for the participants
  • the welcome aperitif

The social dinner is not included in the registration fee.

The accompanying person fee includes:

  • the welcome aperitif
  • the lunch and the coffee breaks organized during the working sessions
  • the social dinner

Please, note that financial support for PhD students and young researchers can be available from SILS, Italian Synchrotron Radiation Society.

Participants of the University of Trento

Also the participants of the University of Trento will have to register filling out the online form.

If they are authorized to participate by their Head (and the registration fee will be paid by the University of Trento), the payment will be made by internal transfer; in this case, they will have to send to the Organizing Secretary (by e-mail, fax or hand delivery) the authorization form available in the Download box.

The form will have to be filled in and signed by the Head and sent no later than 18 June 2015.
