There are mainly two types of seminars held at the CIMeC: Colloquia and Project/Research Seminars.

An important element that brings together researchers from various backgrounds is the series of Colloquia offered over the course of each year. Now in its 10^th year, the CIMeC Colloquia host international speakers from all backgrounds in the cognitive and brain sciences.

The other seminars allow mainly for cross-vertical collaboration (Faculty/Post-docs/PhD Students) since they are topic specific. These seminars go beyond the traditional lab meetings to include students and researchers, possibly from various research groups, who share an interest in a particular topic and/or experimental technique. These meetings are posted on the Calendar.
