Registration to external events/activities

Registration fees payment depend on the Event Organizer:

Option 1: The event organizer is an Italian Body/Organization. In this case, Unitn administration office will pay on your behalf in advance

Please note that the request must be sent to the administration office - iscrizioni.eventiesterni.collina [at] unitn.itduly in advance (at least 15 days before the deadline for registration) following the instructions below:

1. you need to have the travel request on-line form completed (see "Procedure for travel booking and expenses reimbursement");

2. fill in the registration form available here - Please note that the bank data section of the vendor must be duly filled in (pg. 2 of the form)

3. send the registration form, the program of the event and a copy of your online travel request to Martina Guarna (ufficio eventi - Povo 2)

Option 2: The event organizer is a foreign Vendor/Body/Organization

You can both ask the administration to pay on your behalf or pay autonomously and ask for the reimbursement afterwards: 

In the first case, you can refer to the same procedure used for Italian Body/Organization but please note that the bank data section reported on pg. 2 of the form must include also the SWIFT code.

In the second case (you pay in advance and ask for the reimbursement afterwards): 

1. you need to have the travel request on-line form completed (see "Procedure for travel booking and expenses reimbursement");

2. you can pay both by bank transfer or credit card but IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT you ask for an invoice addressed to UniTN and not to you.

3. the payment of your registration fees can be inlcuded in your online reimbursement request 

 

Registration fees to the event can be covered under your Research Budget.
