Artificial intelligence and Law
The PhD research program will investigate the legal and ethical issues of Artificial Intelligence (AI) from a multidisciplinary and comparative perspective. It will be focused on both legal and ethical dimensions. The selected PhD student, in collaboration with the teams of Fondazione Bruno Kessler and with the BioLaw project at the Law School (University of Trento), will have to make a thorough analysis and to make up a workable framework of patterns of the legal, regulatory and ethical issues of Artificial Intelligence.
Skills (partially required and partially to be acquired during the research work period):
We look for a candidate strongly motivated in multidisciplinary and comparative research, with interest both in law and ethics. An excellent knowledge of English and Italian is required, as well as availability to travel and work in joint assignment at Fondazione Bruno Kessler and Biolaw project (Trento Law School).
