Moinet Jean Paul

Jean Paul Moinet is a doctoral student in International Studies at the University of Trento. He is writing his dissertation on the interplay between the natural sciences, new technologies, and international humanitarian law. He has an MA in Law from the University of Milano-Bicocca and worked as a trainee in a law firm. He has an LLM in International and Comparative Law from the University of Helsinki and worked in the university’s law clinic; in 2016, he competed in the Jessup Moot Court Competition. His research interests include human rights law and the law on the use of force.
